**Important company in the transportation and fuel sales sector is seeking:** **Accounting Auditor / Accountant** We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in administrative audit processes, collections, preferably but not necessarily in gas station and/or fuel operations companies. Delivery of high-quality information on time and form to external accounting firm, as well as excellent handling of income and expense control work. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for auditing internal accounting processes (income and expenses), * Responsible for delivering information timely and accurately to the external accounting firm for proper management of the company's tax accounting. * Responsible for reporting financial results status to General Management. * Responsible for managing collections and payments billing. * Responsible for reviewing (supervising) and auditing internal invoicing. * Responsible for reviewing and supervising accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Supervise supplier management and purchasing processes. * Perform financial statements and balances. * Coordinate accounting tasks with external accounting firm. * Will be responsible for developing an income and expense control plan. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's or Technical degree in Accounting (Title and professional license required) * Availability to work full time * Proficient in Microsoft Office, desirable COI and NOI, medium-to-advanced Excel skills * Skills and knowledge in accounting auditing * Knowledge in preparation of financial statements * Knowledge in tax accounting **Type of job:** 100% office-based **Work location:** Cuernavaca **Schedule:** *Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM* **We offer:** Competitive salary ranging from $16,000.00 to $18,000.00 monthly + IMSS + Productivity Bonus (after second month) + Christmas bonus + Vacation + Direct hiring + Real Growth Opportunity + Stability provided *If you meet the profile and are interested, you can apply through this platform.* Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
