We value your effort and dedication and ensure you feel recognized and rewarded. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead OT and automation initiatives to enhance terminal productivity, reliability, and digitalization. * Manage equipment and OT modernization projects from conceptualization through implementation. * Ensure a secure and reliable OT infrastructure, including PLCs, industrial networks, control systems, and system integrations. * Coordinate upgrades, testing, commissioning, and go\-live support for terminal systems and equipment. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and predictive maintenance tools. * Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, IT, and external vendors to maximize operational availability and equipment uptime. * Monitor project execution, schedules, budgets, risks, and operational KPIs. * Lead and develop OT specialists, contractors, and project-associated vendors. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. **We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Knowledge of PLCs, industrial networks, SCADA, SQL, CMMS, and OT systems. * Technical project management and coordination of cross-functional stakeholders. * Advanced English required; Spanish is essential. * Minimum 10 years of experience in automation, OT systems, equipment integration, or industrial operations. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams or projects. * Experience in port terminals, industrial operations, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable. * Experience in technical project implementation and cross\-functional coordination.
