




Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of all hotel facilities and equipment, guaranteeing that common areas and villas are in optimal condition for guest comfort. **As a Villa Operator, you will be responsible for:** * Painting areas as needed, ensuring adequate coverage of all affected surfaces using appropriate materials and tools to achieve a uniform finish. * Inspecting and maintaining door hinges, security accessories, as well as repairing wooden windows and partitions. You must also inspect and repair hydraulic installations, plumbing, toilets, showers, sinks, and generally all areas and elements requiring maintenance. * Maintaining furniture and equipment in good condition, including refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, water coolers, laundry centers, toasters, blenders, electric grills, electric stoves, lamps, telephones, safes, etc. Report any damage or missing items among the mentioned equipment and components. * Regularly inspecting all hotel areas to identify potential failures or repair needs is essential to ensure proper functionality, thus guaranteeing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. * Managing inventory, ensuring adequate supply of materials and tools. * Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **To successfully perform this role, you must possess the following qualifications and minimum experience:** * Technical education * 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry * Knowledge of electricity and plumbing * Problem-solving skills * Responsible * Proactive * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude **The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous for this position:** * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and standards * Proficiency in handling work tools * Experience in carpentry and masonry When you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you become part of a team dedicated to helping Owners and Guests worldwide make every vacation memorable.
