OBJECTIVE: Supervise and coordinate unpacking area activities, ensuring correct handling, identification, classification, and supply of materials or components, while guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and operational timing standards. WE ARE SEEKING: UNPACKING SUPERVISOR LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin SCHEDULE: * SHIFT 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Availability (weekends if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field * Experience in processes SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: * Supervise daily unpacking area activities. * Coordinate operational staff to meet work schedule requirements. * Verify proper unpacking and handling of materials, supplies, or products. * Ensure accurate identification and classification of components and materials. * Prevent damage, loss, or contamination during the unpacking process. * Guarantee timely supply to production lines or warehouse. * Supervise compliance with quality and safety standards. * Monitor productivity and efficiency indicators for the area. * Identify and resolve operational incidents. * Coordinate handling and disposal of waste and packaging materials. * Implement continuous improvements in the unpacking process. * Train operational staff on procedures and best practices. * Prepare operational and productivity reports.
