Generation of concept catalogs and basic blueprints An industrial construction company is looking for an **Industrial-experience Civil Construction Cost Analyst** to immediately join the cost department. We seek a candidate experienced in unit pricing, budgeting, etc. **Responsibilities** * Request quotations for materials and equipment. * Prepare comparative cost and supplier tables. * Conduct on-site surveys. * Generate concept catalogs. * Prepare basic blueprints. * Quantify materials and prepare take-offs. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in unit price analysis. * Proficiency in **Neodata** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD**. * Experience in take-offs and quantification. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Starting salary from MXN 12,000 gross * Statutory benefits. * 100% social security contribution. * Ongoing training. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. **Location** * Offices in **Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico**. * Willingness to travel to construction sites required.
