Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to prepare and analyze construction project budgets and participate in technical and financial proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and analysis of unit prices and budgets 2. Participation in technical and financial proposals 3. Integration of item catalogs and reconciliation with suppliers **UNIT PRICE ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 40 years old * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (CERTIFIED) * Minimum 2 years of experience in unit pricing and the construction industry * Proficiency in NEODATA for price analysis * Experience in public and private construction tenders and project administration * Knowledge of construction materials **Responsibilities:** · Prepare and analyze unit prices and budgets for construction projects (matrices, work items, unit prices) using both Excel and NEODATA. · Participate in the preparation of technical and financial proposals · Integrate item catalogs across various specialties · Review and validate work volumes · Reconcile with suppliers and clients · Compile indirect cost analyses **Skills:** * Proactive * Assertive * Organized * Strong sense of urgency **Salary:** $12,000 to $18,000 *(Based on experience)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM *(Saturday half-day)* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Neodata, Excel, Revit, AutoCAD Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Relocation/Moving Ability: * 52763, Vista Horizonte, Méx.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or plan to relocate before starting employment (Desirable) Travel Availability: * 25% (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
