Identification of training needs and performance evaluation. **Sears is seeking a Training Analyst at Plaza San Luis – San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **SEARS PLAZA SAN LUIS POTOSÍ IS SEEKING:** **IN-STORE TRAINING INSTRUCTOR FOR DEPARTMENT STORE** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role administering and delivering corporate training and development courses. * Knowledge of group facilitation techniques, needs assessment, STPS procedures (DC3\), CONOCER network, delivery of induction, onboarding, and formal training courses, instructional design, etc. * Availability: Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Design, planning, and coordination of training programs for store personnel, including use and tracking of tools such as DC\-3, STYS, and DNC. * Onboarding of new employees, covering organizational culture, store policies, operational processes, and customer service standards. * Performance and progress evaluation of staff through periodic follow-ups, providing constructive feedback. * Identification of training needs via opportunity-area analysis using assessments such as DNC (Training Needs Assessment). **We Offer:** * Competitive fixed salary * Statutory benefits from day one * $1,300 in food vouchers * $1,300 in savings fund contribution * Guaranteed life insurance * Major medical expense coverage * Employee discounts * Academic scholarships And many more benefits!
