Our multidisciplinary team — comprising talented render artists, architects, designers, civil and industrial engineers, and modelers — leads with passion and commitment, ensuring every detail is a masterpiece of precision and creativity. **Your opportunity.** You will be responsible for preparing private construction tenders — from engineering review through to signing service contracts for specialized disciplines — ensuring full compliance with project specifications, technical scopes, budgets, and corporate policies, while supporting the selection of the most competitive and viable options for company projects. **Key responsibilities.** * Review drawings, engineering documents, and concept catalogs for disciplines under tender * Prepare tender documents for MEP and civil works disciplines * Conduct technical evaluation of contractor and supplier proposals * Prepare quantitative and qualitative economic and technical comparisons aligned with project scope * Verify consistency among budgets, drawings, and specifications * Validate that proposals comply with local country regulations where the project will be executed, as well as with company standards * Collaborate with Budgeting, Procurement, and Projects departments to conduct required analyses * Support preparation of reports and presentations for the Procurement Directorate * Maintain full documentary traceability for all tenders **Requirements.** * Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field * 2–3 years of experience in a similar role * English language proficiency at B1 level (assessment will be conducted) * Knowledge of end-to-end tendering processes **Immerse yourself in the exclusive benefits of Mundo Palace at The Palace Company** * Exclusive benefits: Major Medical Expense Insurance, Life Insurance, Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, Home and Auto Insurance, and Thirteenth-Month Bonus (Aguinaldo) * Continuous training: Guaranteed professional growth both nationally and internationally, with personalized development plans tailored to your needs.
