You will **coordinate multidisciplinary teams**, apply **agile methodologies** to optimize processes, and guarantee the **timely delivery of high-quality solutions** in areas such as **Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, and cloud services**. You’ll have space, trust, freedom to create—and the required training—to make it happen. * WE GROW TOGETHER: You’ll participate in cutting-edge, multinational technological projects alongside international teams. **Where Will You Work?** We are a large team operating under a remote model—flexible yet structured—providing the necessary equipment and internal communication tools to facilitate both our operations and those of our clients. ✅**Requirements:** * **Advanced English is mandatory** (B2\+ or C1 level), with current ability to hold technical and business conversations. * **8–10 years of professional experience**, including **at least 5 years leading technological projects**, preferably in IT consulting or services. * **Prior experience in a technical role**, ideally as a **BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst**. * **Up-to-date technical knowledge in:** + **Business Intelligence** (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), + **Data Analytics and Data Science**, + **Cloud services (Azure)**, + **Administrative management in Azure DevOps** (backlog, sprints, user stories, etc.). * **Strong leadership skills**, with ability to guide and motivate **cross-functional teams** toward shared goals. * **Proficiency in risk management** and resolution of critical situations in projects. * **Practical experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM)**; certifications preferred (e.g., **Scrum Master**). * **Excellent communication skills**, with ability to interact effectively with both technical and executive profiles (including **C\-Level**). * **Proven ability** to **translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements**. * **Advanced analytical skills**, with proactive approach to **project risk management and control**. * **Additional project management certifications** (e.g., **PMP**) are considered advantageous.
