The company works across complex implementation environments involving APIs, ERP/TMS systems, and cross\-functional technical coordination. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a Technical Project Manager \- Integrations to lead and coordinate technical implementation projects involving APIs, ERP/TMS platforms, and operational systems integrations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically fluent project manager who can independently drive timelines, manage stakeholders, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with technical integration knowledge and thrives in fast\-moving, high\-accountability environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end systems integration and implementation projects. * Coordinate timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication. * Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, developers, and external partners. * Support API integration workflows and technical implementation coordination. * Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers. * Facilitate Agile project workflows and cross\-functional alignment. * Track implementation milestones and maintain project documentation. * Participate in technical discussions related to ERP/TMS integrations and EDI workflows. * Conduct basic API validation and testing using tools such as Postman. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. * Communicate updates, risks, and escalations clearly to stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * 3\+ years of experience in technical project management or systems integration delivery. * Experience managing API integration projects. * Familiarity with ERP and/or TMS systems. * Understanding of EDI workflows and integration processes. * Experience working within Agile project environments. * Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. * Strong problem\-solving and execution\-oriented mindset. * Experience coordinating technical teams and external implementation partners. * Comfortable working in fast\-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects. **Nice\-to\-Haves:** * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or enterprise systems environments. * Experience with implementation or solutions delivery teams. * Exposure to middleware or integration platforms. * Technical troubleshooting experience related to integrations. * Client\-facing implementation experience. * Experience supporting enterprise software deployments.
