Job Summary: Specialized technician for diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of major appliances, providing customer service and guidance on correct equipment usage. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in diverse technical environments **Main Responsibilities:** * **Diagnosis and Repair:** Identify failures in components such as motors, pumps, valves, transmissions, and electronic control boards. * **Installation:** Perform correct connections for water supply, drainage, and electrical power, following manufacturer specifications. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Inspect drive belts, clean lint filters, and check ducts to ensure optimal performance. * **Customer Service:** Provide guidance on proper equipment usage and maintain records of services performed. **Position Profile:** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma or studies in electromechanics, electricity, or electronics. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in major appliance repair. * **Skills:** Diagnostic ability, manual dexterity, proficiency with multimeters and electrical tools. * **Additional Requirements:** Valid driver’s license (frequent for on-site service) and flexible availability. **Work Settings:** * On-site technical service (major appliances). * Appliance repair workshops. * Industrial laundries, hotels, or hospitals.
