




Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic senior recruiter to build and professionalize the talent attraction system, designing and implementing a formal recruitment and selection system. We seek a senior profile eager to **build and professionalize the company’s talent attraction system**, with a focus on quality, culture, and retention. Position Objective Design, implement, and operate a formal recruitment and selection system that improves hiring success rates (quality, retention, and performance), ensuring agile coverage without compromising standards. You will play a key role in rebuilding strategic teams (primarily commercial and engineering), leading the full cycle: attract, evaluate, hire, onboard, measure, and adjust. Main Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment and Selection * Design or improve the Talent Attraction Model (TAM). * Operate and optimize an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). * Use AI for candidate filtering, segmentation, and initial outreach. * Specialized recruitment (consultative sales, technical-commercial, operational leadership). * Implement structured soft skills assessment methodology (beyond traditional interviews). * Design and execute onboarding programs. * Measure KPIs: time-to-fill, stage conversion rates, 90-day retention. Organizational Development * Implement initiatives defined by external consultants. * Support organizational climate and culture initiatives. * Internal communications (events, newsletters, engagement activities). * Participate in performance management and KPI-related initiatives. Personnel Administration * Manage attendance incidents, vacation records, and personnel files. * Coordinate with the administrative and accounting departments for payroll processing. * General knowledge of labor relations and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Support in separation processes. Candidate Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: * 5+ years of verifiable hands-on recruitment experience. * Solid experience managing an ATS. * Experience using AI tools in recruitment (preferred). * Experience recruiting demanding profiles (B2B sales, technical roles, leadership). * Prior experience designing or improving formal selection processes. * Structured ability to assess soft skills and cultural fit. * Exceptional organization and metric-driven follow-up. * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Intermediate Office skills, CRM, and ERP systems.
