Inventory control and product quality Supervise the proper operation of retail outlets, ensuring compliance with sales targets, customer service standards, inventory control, personnel management, hygiene, product quality, and company policies. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Verify correct opening and closing procedures of retail outlets. * Supervise cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of sales points. * Validate product availability and proper display. * Check product storage temperatures and preservation conditions. * Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies. * Supervise physical inventories and product rotation. * Control shrinkage, returns, and expired products. * Review cash register closures and bank deposits. * Prepare daily and weekly reports. * Coordinate staff schedules and coverage. * Train staff on customer service and operational procedures. * Monitor progress toward sales goals. * Resolve customer complaints and provide customer support. * Sales performance indicators **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administration, sales, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising retail outlets or sales points. * Experience managing personnel. * Preferred experience with meat or food products. * Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided during working hours) Salary: $3,500.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
