




**Job Description and Profile: Logistics Supervisor** **Position Purpose** The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficiency, punctuality, and safety in the daily operation of product transportation and distribution. **Main Responsibilities** * Request transportation units according to cargo requirements and operational needs. * Coordinate with operators to ensure they arrive on time at loading and unloading plants. * Record daily trips, destinations, units, and operators in Excel. * Update relevant information in Google Drive for the Billing and Settlements department. * Communicate and coordinate with the plant in cases of product returns or rejections. * Continuously monitor that operators comply with established loading schedules. * Follow up on documentation required for billing and collection processes. * Supervise the overall condition of the transportation fleet, promptly reporting maintenance or special service needs. * Organize and coordinate periodic training sessions for operators on safety, traffic regulations, and efficient operations. * Monitor proper use of fuel and travel allowances, ensuring adherence to established budgets and preventing misuse of resources. **Key Competencies and Knowledge** * Knowledge of trip scheduling and unit control. * Ability to coordinate with National Guard and apply road safety protocols. * Proficiency in billing processes and logistical document control. * Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and commitment to safety. **Benefits and Compensation** Statutory benefits from the first day.
