LEADING MARKET RESEARCH AND BUSINESS CONSULTING FIRM SEEKING: FIELD SURVEY SUPERVISOR Position Objective: Coordinate and supervise the field survey team, ensuring proper survey implementation and achievement of established objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Transport the survey team to various neighborhoods in Torreón, Gómez Palacio, and Lerdo. * Supervise the proper implementation and quality of conducted surveys. * Monitor field staff performance. * Resolve incidents and support daily operations. * Ensure achievement of targets and deadlines. Required Profile: * Organized and responsible individual. * Experience managing personnel. * Leadership skills and ability to make decisions. * Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset. * Honesty and commitment. * Enthusiasm for 100% field-based work. Mandatory Requirements: * Personal vehicle. * Valid third-party liability insurance. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel within the region. Compensation Structure: **Variable salary**, based on the number of surveys completed and validated by the team.
