POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide support to the Store Manager in branch administration and customer service, following the BTC system, to achieve commercial and profitability goals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Assist and guide customers by resolving inquiries and offering recommendations to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. \- Ensure the established sales budget is met by implementing effective marketing strategies, contributing to the branch's growth and profitability. \- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store appearance according to established visual standards. \- Support inventory control by ensuring products are properly stored and available for sale, preventing stockouts, overstocking, or losses, and guaranteeing smooth point-of-sale operations. REQUIREMENTS: \- High school education preferred. \- Experience in customer service. \- Sales experience. \- Warehouse management skills. \- Knowledge of paint color matching preferred.
