Special Installations Coordinator

Description

We are seeking an **Electromechanical Installations Coordinator** responsible for the proper planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of electromechanical installations across projects, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the execution of **electromechanical installations** (electrical, plumbing, special systems, lighting, voice and data, special systems). * Review and validate construction drawings, calculation reports, and technical specifications. * Monitor installation work schedules and their integration with the project’s overall schedule. * Coordinate contractors, supervisors, and suppliers of electromechanical installations. * Verify compliance with technical standards, regulations, and safety standards. * Control physical progress, installation quality, and functional testing. * Support the preparation and control of installation budgets, estimates, and change orders. * Participate in site meetings, technical reviews, and installation handover\-acceptance processes. * Ensure proper integration of as\-built drawings and final technical documentation. Requirements * **Electromechanical Engineering degree (mandatory).** * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and associated infrastructure installations. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, bill-of-quantities catalogs, and technical specifications. * Basic knowledge of installation cost and budget control. * Proficiency with technical and management tools (Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project or similar). Desirable * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI). * Experience in urban infrastructure, residential, or commercial development projects. * Knowledge of applicable local and national regulations.
