Accountable for completing the project on budget, on schedule, and to quality standards—with a satisfied client. The Construction Superintendent serves as their right-hand person for physical execution and for meeting schedule and quality requirements. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for fulfilling contractual commitments with the client. * Responsible for completing the project on budget, on schedule, and to quality standards—with a satisfied client.
