**Senior Audit Analyst** Mexico City – Hybrid model (3 days onsite) **Job Description** As part of the Audit team, you will be responsible for executing high-quality audits, supporting client service teams, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. This role combines technical accounting knowledge, audit execution, and support in service delivery. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, mentor junior professionals, and strengthen the quality and excellence of KPMG’s audit services. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute daily audit activities, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. * Participate in interactions with clients and audit teams. * Communicate findings and progress clearly and professionally. * Review working papers prepared by other team members. * Provide constructive feedback and ensure quality standards. * Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency in audit processes. * Escalate identified risks or issues to management levels, along with recommendations. * Maintain professionalism and effective communication in internal and external interactions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in external audit. * **Experience in Big 4 or large/mid-tier firms highly desirable.** * Solid knowledge of auditing and accounting standards **(US GAAP desirable).** * Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools. * **Advanced conversational and written English (mandatory).** * Organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of Shared Service Centres (desirable).
