Training and onboarding support RESERVATION ASSISTANT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Full-time **On-site** ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Reservation and Customer Service Assistant to join our full-time team at our office in Nuevo Vallarta. This is a 100% on-site position. You will be the cornerstone of our reservation operations, ensuring every reservation is managed accurately, every customer inquiry is responded to promptly, and the daily reservation workflow runs smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond to reservation inquiries via email and messaging platforms promptly and professionally * Process, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately using our management systems * Maintain and organize reservation records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and complete * Coordinate with internal teams (operations, guides, transportation) to communicate reservation details and special requests * Follow up with customers before and after service to confirm details and ensure satisfaction * Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and with a solution-oriented attitude * Prepare daily reservation reports and summaries for management * Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as required * Monitor and manage availability, capacity, and scheduling for all services CANDIDATE PROFILE * Highly organized: able to manage multiple reservations and tasks without missing any details * Effective communicator: both written and verbal, in Spanish and English * Customer-oriented: genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems * Tech-savvy: quickly learns new software tools and handles digital communication platforms * Punctual and reliable: understands that the team depends on your presence and commitment * Team player with individual accountability for assigned tasks REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school diploma (mandatory); bachelor’s degree is a plus * 1–2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, or related fields * Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English * Experience with reservation software or CRM systems is an advantage * Computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, messaging applications) * Availability for full-time work, with flexibility as required — 100% on-site position at the office WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Friendly, dynamic, and collaborative work environment * Training and onboarding support * Permanent full-time position Salary: $13,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
