**Position Summary:** Sell the company’s products with the aim of generating profits by providing our clients with personalized and high\-quality service and advice, helping to achieve the objectives of the area and creating sustainable relationships with our clients. **Job Status:** * Full\-Time * Salaried * Reports to: General Manager * Location: North Baja California area. **Role Responsibilities:** * Sale of agrochemicals and fertilizers. * Management of a sales territory and inventories. * Accounts receivable management. * Budget and commercial planning. * Participation in expos and technical talks. * Continuously organizing training, demonstrations, and field tours with clients. * Market intelligence for decision making. **Education:** Agronomist Engineer **Experience / Skills / Abilities:** * 3\-5 years in a similar position. * Extensive knowledge of the area, crops, and relationships with potential clients. * Knowledge of agrochemical and fertilizer application. * Teamwork. * Ability to communicate with external and internal customers. **Work Conditions:** * Availability to travel in the Baja California area. * Ability to work outdoors in different climatic environments.
