**Requirements**
* Education: Industrial Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Administration
* Minimum 2 years of experience in labor relations, interaction with unionized personnel, terminations and negotiations, mass recruitment, and recruitment sources
* Availability to relocate between branches
* Personnel handling and administration
**Responsibilities**
* Handling voluntary resignations and employee separations
