We are looking for a **3D MAX Architectural Designer** with experience in **architectural visualization** to join our creative team. The ideal candidate excels in developing architectural proposals and in the **creation of photorealistic renders**, animations (optional), and high-impact visual presentations. You will work closely with our designers and project leaders to communicate design ideas clearly, attractively, and professionally. **Responsibilities:** **1. Management and execution of architectural models.** * Development of architectural concepts and design proposals. * Production of static photorealistic interior and exterior architectural renders. **2. Execution of digital tools.** * 3D architectural modeling from blueprints or conceptual ideas. * Image post-production and editing (Photoshop or others). * Support in creating visual presentations for clients or competitions. * Time management and coordination with the design team.
