If you are passionate about field sales and customer interaction, this opportunity is for you! Your mission in this role You will serve as the brand’s face in the field—reacquiring lapsed customers and generating new business opportunities, ensuring they receive optimal guidance regarding our purchasing options. Your main responsibilities: Customer Service and Prospecting: Visit assigned areas to serve, train, and inform customers about services and promotions. Field Analysis: Report on market behaviors and conduct censuses (counting and mapping of the area). Reporting: Submit real-time reports on customer check-ins and route compliance using your digital tool. Sales and Reacquisition: Achieve monthly targets for customer reacquisition and acquisition of new accounts. What profile are we seeking? Education: Completed high school (certificate required). Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles (retail sales, door-to-door sales, or field promotion). Mandatory requirement: Ability to operate a motorcycle and possession of a valid driver’s license. What do we offer you? Base salary \+ BONUSES: $9,451\.20 gross monthly. Attractive bonus scheme: Additional $5,000 to $8,000 Statutory benefits from day one.
