Effective communication and teamwork A construction company specializing in industrial warehouses seeks a Project Architect. **Responsibilities**: * Preparation of conceptual or construction architectural drawings for industrial, commercial, or vertical warehouses. * Layout development by reviewing the area schedule for construction. * Preparation of hydrosanitary and stormwater installation drawings. * Preparation of civil works drawings. * Preparation of structural steel and rolling drawings (Preferred). **Requirements:** * Graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering, duly certified. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Competencies: goal-oriented organization, effective communication, commitment level, proactive learning initiative, teamwork. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements * Working hours: Monday to Friday Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
