Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Project Architect and/or Interior Designer with leadership and strong communication skills to develop executive projects and interact with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in residential projects (3+ years) 2. Creativity, leadership, organization, and strong communication skills 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office Project Architect and/or Interior Designer At least 3\+ years of proven experience in residential or related projects. Creative, with leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication ability. Responsibilities: Presenting design proposals and drawings; developing executive projects; coordinating projects and supervising contractors; client interaction; delivering projects on schedule. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office; knowledge of construction regulations. Full-time, on-site position. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Salary: Starting from $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
