Position: Project Architect Department: Design and Development Reports to: Project Coordinator Main Responsibilities: \- Architectural Project Design: Develop detailed and accurate architectural designs for construction projects, including floor plans, sections, and elevations. \- Concept Development: Create design concepts and proposals that align with client needs and objectives. \- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the design team, including engineers and other architects. \- Analysis and Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve design and construction issues that arise during the project. \- Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Ensure that designs comply with local, national, and international standards and regulations. Requirements: \- Professional Degree: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. \- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project development. \- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and similar tools. \- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. \- Reside in the state of Nuevo León. Competencies: \- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure designs are accurate and complete. \- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other members of the design team. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Office located in downtown Monterrey, N.L.
