**Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. * Age: 20 to 35 years old. **Knowledge:** * Urban planning * Office software suite * AutoCAD 2D and 3D * SketchUp / Lumion / 3dsMax + Vray * Photoshop * Activities: * Conceptualization and architectural design of recreational spaces. * Knowledge and research methodology for applying urban regulations. * Design of vehicular and pedestrian access, and club house for residential developments. * Integration of executive projects. * Production of working renders. * Presentations to project teams. **Schedule:** * Full-time: 9:00am to 6:00pm. * Part-time: 9:00am to 1:30pm.
