At RDT, we are seeking top **architects** with extensive experience in **coordinating industrial projects**, to collaborate on one of the largest projects in the **automotive industry**. We require: ***PROJECT COORDINATOR ARCHITECT*** **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree and license) * Reside in Nuevo León, Monterrey * On-site work mode (Workplace: Industrial park, Ciénega de Flores) * Advanced English (Speaking is mandatory; screening will be conducted) * Immediate availability to join * Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, MS Office, etc. **Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating architectural projects (office and site), in:** * Similar position, coordinating and managing industrial projects (preferably automotive plants) * Experience performing mixed activities: reviewing and approving drawings, executing and producing drawings, and visiting sites to provide solutions * Direct interaction with clients regarding specific project requirements (design) * Attending client meetings to present progress, deliverables, etc. * Managing work teams, coordinating modelers, architects, etc. * Responsible for scheduling project progress execution (site visits) * Reviewing and approving architectural drawings, engineering, installations, etc. * Creating renders, presentations, construction drawings, etc. * Interfacing with suppliers * Producing drawings * Knowledge of regulations * Preparing documentation * Reviewing contracts, estimates, project coordination, budgets, etc. * Generating RFIs (Request for Information) for design clarifications * Preparing project follow-up reports. **We Offer:** * Immediate direct hiring through an engineering firm * 100% salaried scheme * Competitive salary based on experience (discussed during initial interview) * Gasoline allowance ***If you are interested in applying, it is essential to send your updated and detailed CV, along with your portfolio of evidence, to the email provided (indicating the job title), and/or find me on LinkedIn as Nancy Galicia - RDT*** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Advanced English is required.
