Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to support the development of architectural projects, including design, construction drawings, review and validation, 3D modeling and rendering. Key Highlights: 1. Development of architectural proposals and preliminary designs. 2. Preparation of detailed construction drawings. 3. 3D modeling and rendering, including use of AI. **CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING** **PROJECT ARCHITECT** Education: Architecture Minimum experience: 1.5 years **Job Objective:** Support the development of architectural projects through design proposals, preparation of construction drawings, review and validation of structural and MEP drawings, 3D modeling and rendering—ensuring compliance with established guidelines and timelines. **1. Responsibilities:** · Develop architectural proposals and/or preliminary designs. · Prepare construction drawings: masonry, layout, finishes, fenestration, carpentry, and metalwork. · Review and validate compliance with technical standards and building regulations in projects. · Review structural and MEP drawings. · Review and validate dimensions, materials, and specifications in technical data sheets. · Compile documents for permits and licenses. · Prepare presentations to showcase architectural proposals. · Conduct on-site surveys for drawing preparation. · 3D modeling. · Rendering and editing using rendering software. · Use of AI tools for render editing. **2. Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) · 3D modeling (SketchUp, Revit) · Rendering (V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion or similar) · Application of regulations (building codes, technical standards) · Knowledge of construction materials. **3.
