Production Cook We are looking for a committed, organized, and passionate Production Cook who enjoys working in a team and maintaining high standards of quality and service. If you have experience in line cooking, food production, and preparing meals at an operational pace, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: * Perform mise en place: washing, cutting, portioning, and storing ingredients. * Prepare and cook food following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. * Support various kitchen areas as required. * Ensure full knowledge of the menu and production processes. Requirements: * High school diploma or technical degree in Gastronomy. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in line cooking or production. * Proficiency in using griddle, oven, and deep fryer. * Knowledge of basic cuts and cooking terms. * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays.
