




**Job Description:** Coordinate and supervise picking, organizing, and order preparation activities within the warehouse, ensuring proper execution of logistics processes, compliance with established timelines, and product integrity. Ensure daily operations are carried out according to policies, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and distribute daily tasks for picking and warehouse personnel according to instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor. * Ensure correct execution of picking, consolidation, and shipping processes according to orders and scheduled routes. * Monitor compliance with picking and shipping timelines to prevent operational delays. * Verify order accuracy (product, quantity, batch, expiration date) before release. * Supervise proper product handling and storage, applying FIFO/FEFO methods. * Coordinate recording of system transactions (receipts, shipments, transfers, returns). * Identify and report any operational deviations or incidents to the Warehouse Supervisor. * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and area materials. * Promote and monitor compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse. * Train and guide operational staff on procedures and good work practices. * Motivate the team to maintain a productive, disciplined, and collaborative work environment. **Internal Relationships** * Report results, incidents, and operational progress. * Coordinate dispatch and loading of vehicles. * Coordinate matters related to discipline, safety, and policy compliance. **Required Profile** Education: Completed high school or technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. Experience: * Minimum 2 years in an operational role within warehouse or logistics. * Previous experience leading work teams (pickers, stock handlers, or forklift operators) is desirable. * Knowledge of inventory control and picking processes. Knowledge: * Warehouse operations and material flow. * FIFO / FEFO rotation methods. * Order control and verification. * Use of systems or mobile data capture devices (WMS, SAP, or similar). * Safety regulations and good storage practices.
