




Job Summary: We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to support the General Director in managing daily activities and overseeing the operational progress of construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the CEO in managing activities and construction projects. 2. Coordination of schedule, meetings, and site visits. 3. Facilitation of communication between the CEO and construction teams/suppliers. We seek a **Personal Assistant to the CEO** to join our team at a construction company, with the objective of providing direct support to the General Director (company owner) in managing daily activities and overseeing the operational progress of construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the CEO’s daily schedule. * Coordinate meetings, site visits, and executive commitments. * Accompany the CEO to construction sites for supervision and progress monitoring. * Facilitate communication between the CEO and construction teams, suppliers, and administrative staff. * Assist in taking meeting minutes, preparing reports, and basic technical documentation. * Identify areas for improvement and support optimization of operational processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** (graduated or intern). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in the construction industry. * Knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and blueprint reading. * Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills. * High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability for both field and office work. * Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude. \*\*MUST HAVE A PERSONAL VEHICLE\*\* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $6,435\.12 \- $18,157\.28 per month Work Location: On-site employment
