Support mental health journeys with professional communication **Patient Intake Coordinator (100% Remote \- Latin America)** **Join a leading US\-based therapy center in a high\-impact administrative role.** We are seeking a **Patient Intake Coordinator** based in Latin America to provide high\-level coordination and patient support for our growing clinic. As the first point of contact for our center, we require a professional with **advanced English communication skills** to manage complex calendars and provide a seamless experience for our US\-based clients and therapists. **Job Details** * **Salary:** $6\.00 – $7\.00 per hour (Based on experience) * **Job Type:** Full\-time * **Location:** 100% Remote (Must reside in Latin America) * **Schedule:** Monday – Friday \| 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York Time) **Key Responsibilities** * **High\-Volume Scheduling:** Expertly book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments for a large therapy team. * **Therapist Coordination:** Manage and align the schedules of multiple therapists to ensure maximum efficiency and zero overlaps. * **Insurance Verification:** Rigorously verify client insurance coverage and eligibility prior to their first session. * **No\-Show Prevention:** Conduct proactive follow\-ups and reminders to reduce cancellations and protect clinic revenue. * **Professional Communication:** Provide an empathetic, professional, and clear voice for clients navigating their mental health journey. **Requirements** * **Location:** You must currently reside in **Latin America**. * **Language:** **Advanced English speaking skills are mandatory.** A high level of fluency is required for communicating effectively with US clients and insurance providers. * **Experience:** Previous experience in scheduling or appointment setting is highly preferred. * **Schedule:** Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. * **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a professional remote presence. * **Tech:** Reliable high\-speed internet, a functional computer, and a quiet, professional workspace. **Benefits** * **100% Remote:** Work from the comfort of your home. * **Competitive Pay:** $6\.00 – $7\.00 USD per hour, scaled based on your level of experience. * **Stability:** Consistent full\-time hours (40 hours per week) in a stable, growing healthcare environment.
