Preparation of reports and requisitions **WORK AT ONE OF THE COUNTRY’S MOST IMPORTANT MALLS — ESFERA MONTERREY IS SEEKING TALENT FOR ITS “PARKING” DEPARTMENT AS A** **PARKING SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of the parking facility, guaranteeing efficient and secure service for both customers and assigned staff. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** 1\. Prepare and assign the weekly activity plan to parking personnel 2\. Conduct daily supervision of assigned tasks to parking staff through physical-visual inspections to identify and address needs 3\. Prepare reports (daily/weekly) on incidents, activities, work performed, and parking facility requirements during the work shift 4\. Submit material, tool, equipment, and specialized service requisitions timely and accurately 5\. Attend to parking customers and provide solutions or guidance regarding their inquiries, complaints, or needs 6\. Provide job orientation to newly hired personnel and ensure they possess the necessary training and knowledge to perform their duties and responsibilities 7\. Cover staff absences or vacancies within the parking facility 8\. Supervise and participate in cash/ticket counts, cash reconciliations, and audits of parking facility assets and financial resources **Academic Qualifications** Education Level: High School Diploma (mandatory). Technical Degree: Electronics, Electricity, or Mechatronics (preferred). Experience Required: 2 years in personnel supervision and administration.
