We are currently seeking: **Palletization Analyst** Responsibilities: * Design truck loading in accordance with palletization objectives and agreements with the Operating Unit (safety, selectivity, optimization of bay usage, family consolidation, load stability, load balance within the truck) * Generate specific information and analysis for Operating Units * Maintain the tool’s databases to ensure proper functionality * Generate improvement proposals (through analysis) to reduce palletization time and minimize warehouse movements * Analyze and propose adjustments to warehouse slotting * Conduct awareness visits to Operating Units * Develop, monitor, and manage KPIs Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related field * 1–2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, and database management * Intermediate to Advanced Excel * Power BI (desirable) * SAP (desirable) **Compensation Offer:** * Salary of $17,000 \+ benefits exceeding statutory requirements, growth opportunities * Work location: Tlanepantla * Working hours: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Sunday through Friday Work modality: Hybrid (3 days onsite) * If your profile matches, please apply through this channel.
