We are seeking an **Operational Recruiter with a strong focus on high-volume hiring**, speed, administrative control, and performance indicator tracking — capable of working in the field, managing multiple job openings simultaneously, and maintaining constant visibility into recruitment progress. **POSITIONS TO BE FILLED** * Warehouse Assistants * Forklift Operators * Unit Operators **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary of $12,000 to $15,000 * Bi-weekly payments * 100% statutory benefits * Direct employment with the company * IMSS coverage from Day 1 * Subsidized cafeteria service **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Posting job openings across multiple sources (job boards, social media, field) * Mass recruitment (job fairs, leaflet distribution, on-site booths) * Phone screening and initial interviews * Verification of professional references * Timely follow-up with candidates per position and per client company * Administration, control, and reporting * Full file assembly (legal and employment documentation) * Document verification (INE, RFC, IMSS, etc.) * Segmented database management by client company * Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports * Monitoring of recruitment KPIs (open positions, filled positions, time-to-fill, pipeline) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Psychology, or related field) * Experience: * \* 2–4 years in operational recruitment (mandatory) * Experience in mass recruitment * Experience reporting recruitment metrics and progress (mandatory) * Knowledge: * \* Recruitment sources (field and digital) * File compilation * Hiring processes * Excel proficiency / database management Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
