Imagine leading dynamic, innovative, and challenging projects—and **being accountable for:** * Managing flow and processes within the Distribution Center as an executor of Flow plans, leveraging an operational view of the flow and facilitating communication among various stakeholders during the shift while validating hour-by-hour. * Making real-time adjustments based on actual shift variables—such as Head Count (absenteeism) and backlogs—to ensure Flow remains stable. * Collaborating with Flow Master Planners to analyze, understand, and define which operational levers must be activated to maximize fulfillment performance and meet objectives, requesting crew movements and rebalancing when necessary. * Coordinating with stakeholders on the operational levers defined in advance by the Flow Master Planner. * Analyzing risks focused on hourly sales share, proposing balancing actions to mitigate such risks. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields, with 2–3 years of experience in operational flow management, logistics, or real-time execution roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, or Tableau) for KPI tracking, deviation detection, and report generation. * Proven ability to make rapid decisions under pressure and resolve incidents immediately, ensuring uninterrupted operations. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate across multiple departments. * Full availability to work rotating shifts. * **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and long-term. * A chance to take ownership of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * The chance to collaborate and learn alongside top professionals and specialists.
