Job Summary: Supports the Mercado Libre team in warehouse management, inventory control, FULL shipment preparation, and supplier procurement, including inventory tracking and product monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end warehouse and inventory management for Mercado Libre 2. FULL shipment preparation and inventory control 3. Coordination of procurement with suppliers and invoice uploading into SAP WAREHOUSE AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT position for El Farol Mercado Libre: This role supports the Mercado Libre team in warehouse operations, stock management, FULL stock preparation, and procurement from suppliers (SAG ILUMINACIONES). Specific duties include: \- Reviewing and entering daily sales dispatched via Mercado Libre’s logistics agency \- Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish products (daily dispatch, local stock, and FULL stock) \- Uploading supplier invoices into SAP to register incoming goods supplied by the supplier \- Conducting stock control and inventory reconciliation between local stock and SAP for Mercado Libre \- Receiving Mercado Libre returns, inspecting condition, reporting issues, and forwarding items to the supplier’s warranty department if required \- Monitoring product availability at the supplier’s warehouse to pause or reactivate listings on the Mercado Libre platform \- Preparing FULL stock shipments: printing labels, relabeling products, and supervising pallet assembly \- Assisting with various other Mercado Libre tasks (e.g., product photography, packaging measurement, label printing, etc.) **Offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM (occasional) * Grocery vouchers: $1,000 (starting from the second month) * Punctuality bonus: $2,000 (starting from the second month) * 30% discount at the optical store * 50% tuition support for undergraduate degrees * 30% tuition support for master’s programs and diplomas * INFONAVIT benefits * Two free uniforms per year * 15-day Christmas bonus * Profit-sharing Salary: $3,000.00 weekly (pre-tax) Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 monthly Benefits: * Employee discounts * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
