In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing them with the support and information they need. You will schedule appointments and ensure that our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our firm. We are looking for individuals who are eager to grow professionally, personally, and financial with a fast\-paced, caring, and client\-focused law firm! ***Our ideal candidate shall possess the following:*** * Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. * Strong desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives. * Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs and challenges. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to work as a team player with respect and integrity. * Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a professional services environment. ***Responsibilities:*** * Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing information. * Schedule appointments and manage the firm’s legal team’s calendar efficiently. * Maintain accurate and detailed notes of all client interactions. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met promptly. * Handle client concerns and escalate issues when necessary. * Provide general administrative support to the firm as needed.
