Opportunity to join an innovative team Night Shift Level 1 Support Analyst Our Technology, Systems, and Telecommunications team is looking for a Night Shift Level 1 Support Analyst to join our team in Apodaca, Nuevo León! As a Night Shift Level 1 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% registration of user requests, handling incidents and requests, generating reports, supporting service tracking and escalation, notifying specialized departments of issues, monitoring internal and external service levels, providing information to users, and delivering online solutions. This position operates on a schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., working five days in the first week and two days in the following week, in a remote modality.
