Job Summary: Responsible for the technical, administrative, and operational execution of construction projects, leading planning, monitoring, and control of budgets and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the planning and execution of construction projects. 2. Ensure compliance with scope, budget, and quality in construction works. 3. Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements. Must ensure correct technical, administrative, and operational execution of assigned construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and established schedules through efficient supervision of personnel, resources, and contractors involved in the project. Strategic Responsibilities · Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. · Develop the master schedule, including phases and financial flow. · Ensure compliance with the approved scope and formally manage any modifications. · Control the approved budget and manage variances. · Present executive reports. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. * Knowledge of cost estimation, generators, public works, and construction control. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in project management software and design tools. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and budgets. * Perform cost estimations and control resource usage in the project. * Ensure work quality and compliance with safety regulations. * Prepare progress reports and present results to project management. * Implement effective solutions to issues arising during project execution.
