We seek a **Night Auditor** with experience in premium hospitality, operational leadership, and strong service orientation to supervise the hotel’s nighttime operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for operational continuity during the night shift, daily auditing, guest service, and coordination of operational teams. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the hotel's overall operations during the night shift. * Coordinate Front Desk, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. * Conduct nightly audits and validate operational closings. * Handle check\-in, check\-out, special requests, and guest incidents. * Ensure service, safety, and hospitality standards. * Resolve operational situations autonomously and judiciously. **Profile** * Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, Front Desk, or Night Auditing. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Experience with hotel PMS (Opera, Innsist, or similar). * Experience supervising operational teams. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation. **Requirements** * Availability to work the night shift. * Availability on weekends and during high-season periods. * Professional appearance.
