MOLD TECHNICIAN – ADJUSTER AND ASSEMBLER

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mold Technician with injection molding expertise, capable of performing mold assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and fault detection, along with knowledge of safety and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mold Technician. 2. Ability to assemble and disassemble heavy molds. 3. Knowledge of preventive and corrective mold maintenance. \- *Minimum 2 years as a Mold Technician* *\- Experience with injection molds for containers of 4, 5, 10, and 19 liters.* \- *Ability to assemble and disassemble molds weighing from 300 kg up to 3 tons.* \- *Ability to connect water lines, ejector systems, and peripheral mold equipment.* \- *Ability to identify any fault that may pose a risk to molds, machines, or operations.* \- *Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.* \- *Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and risk identification during mold assembly.* \- *Basic knowledge of injection molding machines for process startup.* \- *Basic knowledge of polyethylene (PE).* \- *Basic knowledge of machining and mold adjustment.* \- *Proficiency in mold shop measuring equipment.* \- *Continuous improvement to reduce downtime caused by corrective maintenance.* \- *Knowledge of ISO and FSSC 22000 systems\.* *\- Knowledge of Plastool (USA), Top Grade (Canada), and FOW (China) molds.* \- *Perform any additional tasks assigned by the mold supervisor.* Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
