The role includes all aspects of development, such as market research, identification and selection of potential projects; oversight of project potential analysis; contract preparation; and securing internal approvals. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Build productive relationships with both new and existing owners and franchisees to increase room count in Central America * Close transactions and contracts to expand the pipeline and achieve established goals * Identify potential growth opportunities by adding new properties to our portfolio * Manage travel and expenses according to the annual budget and organize daily activities * Provide key commercial terms for all types of projects * Assist in determining return on investment for targeted initiatives **Education and Experience** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Commercial Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. * Proven experience in development, real estate, complex sales, or hotel business * Experience in commercial negotiation and contract execution * Knowledge of the Central American market * Advanced English proficiency **COMPANY OVERVIEW:** Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchising company by the number of properties with approximately 9,200 hotels across over 95 countries on six continents.
