




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and installation of hydraulic pumps and valves. 2. Inspection and maintenance of blowers, compressors, and air lines. 3. Experience in hydraulics, industrial pneumatics, and operation of pumping equipment. **Position: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance: Industrial WWTP** Main Responsibilities Hydraulics * Perform maintenance and installation of centrifugal, submersible, dosing, motorized, and gear pumps. * Inspect and repair pipelines, connections, and fittings. * Install and replace hydraulic valves (butterfly, gate, ball, check). * Detect and correct leaks, blockages, and pressure losses. * Verify flow rates, pressures, and operational levels. Pneumatics * Maintain aeration systems for biological processes. * Inspect and maintain blowers, compressors, and air lines. * Inspect pneumatic valves, actuators, and diffusers. * Detect and correct air leaks. * Adjust pressure regulators, filters, and FRL systems. Required Technical Knowledge * Industrial hydraulics and pneumatics. * Operation of pumping and aeration equipment. * Basic interpretation of blueprints and diagrams. * Use of hand and power tools. * Basic industrial safety standards. Required Profile * Education: Technician in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanics, electricity, or related field. * Experience: 1–2 years in industrial maintenance (experience in WWTPs preferred). * Availability: Field work required.
