




Job Summary: Proactive general maintenance technician responsible for prevention, diagnosis, and resolution of failures in facilities, finishes, and general maintenance across multiple locations. This position is designed for a person with strong orientation toward prevention, diagnosis, and resolution of failures in facilities, finishes, and general maintenance across our various locations. We seek a proactive, organized, and problem-solving-oriented individual who enjoys fieldwork, prioritizes safety, and possesses the flexibility required to ensure proper operation of our units. While general knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance is important, the primary focus of this position will be timely response to infrastructure and service requirements across branches. Procurement of materials and broader planning are already coordinated by management; therefore, this position’s main responsibilities will be technical execution, timely diagnosis, and daily facility maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Performing preventive and corrective general maintenance tasks across different units. * Conducting operational repairs in plumbing, metalwork, masonry, and drywall. * Supporting basic diagnosis and maintenance of refrigeration systems (desirable). * Responding to failure reports or technical emergencies during daily operations. * Ensuring proper functioning of general services and facility finishes. * Maintaining maintenance logs and reporting activities performed at each location. * Traveling between the company’s various units as operational needs require. * Promoting and strictly adhering to safety, order, and cleanliness standards in every work area. We are looking for candidates with: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a General or Multifunctional Maintenance Technician. * Demonstrable knowledge in: Plumbing, Metalwork, Masonry, and Drywall (Mandatory). * Knowledge of Refrigeration: Ideal/Desirable (Lack of refrigeration expertise is not a disqualifier for application). * Full availability to travel and move between all our units. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (with one assigned day off per week). * Ability to work under pressure, solve problems independently, and maintain an excellent service attitude.
