Commercial and Civil Litigation Attorney Col. Valle Oriente, Monterrey. We are a law firm with over 50 years of experience and a strong legal team. We seek a strategic, committed, and results-oriented attorney to strengthen our litigation and portfolio recovery practice. Position Objective Efficiently manage the assigned portfolio, ensuring achievement of recovery objectives and compliance with client guidelines, firm policies, and applicable regulations. Implement effective legal strategies aimed at client satisfaction and proper conduct of legal proceedings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (intern or graduate). Knowledge of civil and commercial legislation. Minimum 6 months of experience in civil and commercial litigation. ✍️ Excellent spelling and legal writing skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent professional appearance and demeanor. Willingness to travel and/or relocate. Own vehicle preferred. Key Responsibilities Analysis and legal assessment of credit and legal files. ️ Handling procedures before courts, tribunals, and administrative agencies. Monitoring and tracking of files throughout all procedural stages. ✒️ Drafting complaints, motions, appeals, and amparo petitions. Assisting with service of process, asset seizures, and possession takeovers. Updating information and progress in internal and external systems. Safeguarding and managing original documentation and judicial proceedings. **We Offer:** Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise. Monthly bonus of up to 15%.
