Each of our projects seeks to connect interior spaces with the exterior environment, incorporating and implementing new construction trends, materials, finishes, and sustainability alternatives—creating architecture paired with a high-quality client experience, resulting in innovative projects supported by the latest technology. **Job Description.** Main Responsibilities: * Strong focus on customer service. * Personal and team-level organization of projects. * Administration and organization of team tasks. * Supervision of team members’ work. * Decision-making. * Site visits to construction locations. * Drawing design. * Preparation of construction drawings, architectural design, and interior design. * Responsibility for managing all project phases to completion. **Required Skills and Knowledge.** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Interior Design (certified and with professional license). * Language: Advanced English (oral and written fluency). Prior Experience: * 3–5 years of experience in architecture and construction. * Minimum of 3 years leading work teams (of 4–5 people). Required Knowledge: * **Revit (MANDATORY)** * **English (conversational and written).** * SketchUp * AutoCAD * 3ds Max * Corona * Adobe Suite * Microsoft Office * Furniture selection and installation * Experience in multifamily residential projects Competencies: * Leadership. * Communication. * Project management. * Proactivity.
