Responsibilities: * Develop the project plan and strategies, from initiation to final delivery, through plans covering different knowledge areas. * Manage communications and interests of clients, work teams, and project participants. * Analyze project team expectations and their impact, and develop management strategies to achieve effective participation and skill development. * Incorporate the organization's quality policy into the planning, management, and control of project quality requirements in order to meet objectives. * Monitor and control site work to ensure the project meets quality, time, cost, and scope requirements.
